I use other ingredients as replacement for the chili but Ill try to find chipotle chili, hard to find in the UK... I’d suggest shredding the chicken up rather than small pieces, makes for an easier taco/tortilla roll to eat.
Did you make the salsa that you added to the tacos at the end of your video? If so, care to share how you made it. I have mastered a great tomatillo chili , but your looks like a mild spicy red.. I like the color.
I did exactly what you said. I followed the recipe just the way you said to. The chicken turned out wonderfully. I can't wait to make it again. However, my first attempt at homemade flour tortillas was up there with national disasters. I'll have to try that one again. Thank you for the recipe.
I’m about to make chicken taco atm and so hungry; I can’t wait one hour on marinated meat and don’t have chipotle pepper 😢. I should’ve found this video an hour ago this way I get started in cooking. Guess will have to do what I gotta do. Thanks for sharing.
I believe that one was made by my mother-in-law so I don't have the recipe. I do have a few videos on salsa I've made. I will leave links below... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HQYzDzRPHgo.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AFALVy1APL0.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jbxaiN7eSxQ.html
I hate the food police...as a chef i will tell you first hand that line cooks tend to wash their hands more often when they arent wearing gloves..i know it may sound shocking...but its true..smh
One of my favorite things to order when I go to the Mexican restaurant in my town is their Shrimp Enchiladas. This recipe looks like the one they make. I'll definitely give it a shot.
Awesome is an understatement. I made 1 variation. Left chicken thighs whole and put them on the smoker with pecan wood and seared them really quick for texture. Served with a cold beer. Perfection!
awesome video my friend. Once again you got me drooling at 10:oo am in the morning and craving chicken tacos! I totally agree with ya about the Cumin.......it's great on anything ~ love the flavor! Thumbs up for sure on this vid.
Thank you so much my friend! I really should use that Cumin more. It just adds tons of flavor to jyst about anything. Thanks for watching my friend! And you might want to wipe the drool off ;-)
Aim'em and Claim'em Smokers come on bro im making these for the second time already! They were bomb though, i just used a salsa Verde from the store...
i wouldnt worry bout before hand u really only have to worry about contamination after its cooked...cooking will destroy most of the germs ur hands are still carrying after washing properly.
yum. this looks great. what would you recommend to sub the chipotle? im not into spicy foods...not by a long shot. that's too bad. i LOVE lengua. grew up eating it. it's such a delicacy
Hey J! Thanks! My wife isn't into spicy foods either, at all. I would suggest adding like a half can of mild rotel. You could also just leave it out altogether, but I like adding something that adds a little moisture to the chicken. Thanks for stopping by my friend!
I made this last year for my daughter’s birthday and they were delicious! That was last October. Well, here I am once again. I’m so happy I easily found this video in my search. Making them once again, tomorrow! Delicious!!!!
I was hopeful when I started watching it, but bailed immediately when I found this guy doesn't even know the difference between thighs and breasts. Sad, given that he's making a cooking video.
Thx Daniel! I can most definitely do that video. It's one I've been planning on doing for awhile but haven't gotten around to it. I'll try and knock it out for next week. Thanks for watching brotha!
Howdy friend! Yes, letting the chicken marinade in those seasonings really allowed those flavors to penetrate the chicken, adding tons of flavor. Thanks for watching! :-)
good chefs dont wear gloves ,,why? well i tell you, when your fingers get dirty or sticky ,you are more likely to wash your hands ,,because you don,t feel it with gloves
I don't have anything you can print out but I could probably paste the recipe in a comment. I'll have to watch the video to get it all down but I don't mind doing that.
