He's got his own cooking show - a RU-vid channel with 2 million subscribers! He's got all the control, a huge audience and a scalable business. No way anyone in his position would be signing up to do a cooking show for a tv network.
this dude is one of the only good RU-vid chefs. he does research on how to make the traditional authentic recipe, then makes it from scratch. well done.
I don’t know why, but it’s honestly heartwarming as a Latino seeing someone from a different culture or nationality learn about Hispanic food and make it damn near perfectly I mean my dude, outside of the meat you chose, you basically made these tacos just like how my Honduran mom makes them, especially them handmade tortillas
