i just played event today, and i had so much fun and never in my life thought that it was boring. im glad i joined the BRE cause this is something i will be doing alot, the community is so wholesome and simple learning if anyone is thinking of joining this please do cause this was mad fun to do this type of battle and the ping control was not even that bad or at least from someone from the U.S i thought the EU server ran just like fine wine
21:40 We couldn't use Almogàver skins because it wasn't available once whe swapped to BRE side. Maybe some bug with the map or something... no big deal though. It was pretty confusing for us to use different ones, and we couldnt find where to pick the flag and other haha! Still, we tried our best to honor the lady, as we do every time we're chosen.
at 1:41 thats us were a small youtuber clan from the youtuber Okoii who does a lot of total war warhammer content the MAW (maw as in the actual "mouth" not the letters) being his favorite factions hence the name, we are a very casual clan first formed for the persistent empire mod wich we have since left for a long time waiting for a better server and having started taking part in these events only since the last 3 ones (usually we play archer) since its fun and great training
Wow. This upload is ROCK! OMG I love when u go to describe Bretonnia, that looks so thick with role playing, amazing what u have created!! I hope u will keep cultivating this.. just amazing stuff. The fog! and there is a scout coming back jumping in the far end of the swamp (see in the first 20 seconds left to right) bringing back news to its command, maybe there has been an enemy sighting, enemy approaching! That kill in the window at 8:45... goose bumps! damn cinematic!!!
Stop calling them 'soldiers', the concept of soldiery wasn't a thing back then. You had knights, men-at-arms, levies, etc. In antiquity men who went to war were warriors, not "soldiers". Infantry and Cavalry would be better umbrella terms. Soldiery became a thing after full-time mercenaries got popular in the 17th century. Honestly the Napoleonic era is when you can start calling it soldiers.
Ah your not definitely wrong. a bad habit on my part from modern media on historic militaries. I think I’ll try my best from now to use these appropriate labels. Thanks for the insight ! :)
Great casting! Love the vids. It was an awesome event to take part on as ALMO, the map was a huge gamble but it imo for commanding was lots of fun and epicness❤
Just a tip that sprang into my head while watching this: Try holding a shot a bit longer and move slowly if you have to adjust, and also get down lower/closer. Would make it a lot more enjoyable to watch.
@@Benoniyoutube so far this view gives a good alternative perspective to the other videos. Complimentary not a replacement to the other videos which works well.
I am new and I play FPP and no HUD and I want to play (learn to) play good using joypad. I never played it before. (a ps pad btw). Some said it is hard to do some stuff. Some told me it's all right. I wanna be able to do the entire set of things though (learning). From blocking to chamber attacks to faints to couch lancing and so on.
@@DNH17 I've played both PC and Xbox and I actually don't mind either. KB and M probably provides the highest skill ceiling but controller is comfortable and well ported.
I don’t think so, however you can look on the Taleworlds forums and look for some of the older events and the information in the posts. But I will make a video soon and put some in for you :)
@@Benoniyoutube wow, I think in this case every invite for every clan is exhaust to le Roi due to repetitive explanation of these rules. I don't know, how deep into inner kitchen, as captain. But if there's necessity for this, I could help with creation
It depends of your character: if you want to be in the biggest clan (500 players), we clearly lead the game in multi or if you want to be in another clan more specialised with less people ( more or less 30-40) it can be cool too
