The KLTR and XL20 are both amazing options on Charon. I can never really decide which one is my favorite. Although this gameplay is MOSTLY XL20, as of recently, I actually think I prefer the KLTR for its mobility over the XL20. The only "downside" of the KLTR is that I would need to run DOUBLE movement speed talents/no melee damage talent. This sometimes can cost me a crucial melee kill but I still think the mobility is really hard to beat.
If you can, definitely try out the KLTR. It's way different than the traditional PTU SMG but in a good, fun way.
