OWEN KLTR FLAMETHROWER + TASER AND SMARTBOMB

This loadout really isn't terrible to be honest, it's actually quite fun. The only issue is KLTR, despite many buffs/attempted buffs by PZD, still isn't that great. Also, I'm not sure if this is ME or not...but it always feels like the AIM AREA for KLTR is incredibly tight/small making it a little hard to aim ESPECIALLY against other Owens, frantically dashing around.
If Owen had the knifing dash ability (like Capisce) then KLTR Owen would be much more viable, in my opinion, but (probably for the best) that's not reality.
