I keep my opinion that they're honestly stupid for adding the ammunition system, it won't do anything for them but trigger their fanbase, because no one is going to spend 250 Blackstone for 10 uses It's honestly such a stupid idea it's actually hard to believe it's happening, they're literally charging you money for using your abilities in-game, it's on the same level of stupid as that phrase that went viral some months ago about charging players money for reloading in CoD or something like that, it's surreal
Depends how much you get by going through the incursion, or if they add some of them as rewards in other mode (like salvage runs for example?) But yes, I feel you, I'm worried myself Silver lining I guess is that the passive still makes it worth to level them, as Nandi guild raids calculation shows
@@simonmasset2238 It doesn't "depend" If they didn't want you to buy them with money they wouldn't have made them a limited resource, they could've made the big actives work on a cooldown or be single use as character abilities but instead they use this new resource that you need to pay for to use, because if you don't then others that do will always have an advantage on you And THAT is scummy
So my most powerful faction will earn a machine from a different faction and if I want to actually use it daily, it's going to cost me $700 to $1200 a year... Total buzzkill and I wish I wouldn't have invested in this game now... Paying hundreds of dollars for a gatcha mobile game in the first place is ridiculous but this is absurd.
first of all, it is absurd that TA redemption and energy refill costs 25/50/110/250/500 and i dont know if it goes up. and final chest of TA holds 15-25 BS :DDDD. its just beyond crazy. and now 250 BS for using a goddamn skills? what crazy idea will they have next?. BTW BS collecting in this game is complete dogwater. so is req scrolls aaand XP aaand gold.. well everything in general.
Don’t forget Orbs. Critical for character advancement and almost impossible to get without paying extra. You get pitiful few even from the monthly pass and, vanishingly rarely, from some chests. Onslaught is supposed to drop them but only if you win and then, for Levendary Orbs, probably a 1-in-4 chance! for a long drawn, grindy battle that also gets progressively harder to the point where winning takes multiple tries (and even more levelling, so it’s a vicious cycle). So at higher levels, it will take you months to get the legendary orbs needed to advance a single character. I can see how/why most people quit this around power 20 to 30 (I am at 47 now and barely moving).
Like when you can spend a price of a game to get resources for the machine of war and such, it's already monitized. Munition is the worst thing this game has so far... and 250 blackstone, for 10, I am not even gonna upgrade the first ability for the machines, I just gonna leave them and focus on the ability, which doesn't cost resources to use. Which I know you can get blackstone for free, but 250 is a sh*t ton of blackstones.
I know everyone is focusing on the munitions fiasco (and with good reason) but let me throw another thought into the mix. The MOWs need Orbs to level up. Orbs, in my view, are probably the most frustrating (and pay-gated) resource in a game that has increasingly gotten to silly level of pay to play (let alone pay to win) across everything. I cannot possibly justify spending a single Orb, of any rarity, on a MOW. So, yes, ignoring this mechanic entirely. Doing so essentially has made me marginally less effective in Arena and has given me a few more missions to use to fulfill tasks and get some low tier ingredients.
How difficult are the actual battles in each stage? I know characters are capped down, but can they punch up higher than their cap? I have a pretty new account and really only have Imperials higher than bronze 1
Not that tricky but is an absolute slog, and some levels of a “run” dont even give shards, so you wont get a level on your first run which is laughable
Honestly, most of the information presented here was good except for the ammunition part. SP really need to reconsider their plan here because this will poorly age like milk.
Lol 250bs for 10 ammo... am i being punk? I guess this is just another way to squeeze money from players...can't say am suprises all company eventually hit rock-bottom. I guess this declined will be soon enough if they keeps kinda shit up.
This is amazing. I was worried about it being under pay wall or that it will nerf us, free to play people but this is more than acceptable. Glad they learned.
Then just don't use it. I suppose I'll only be using it... Well probably not very much but you can get it for free and you can find ammunition for free as well during the event and surely they'll add some other way to get it. It's supposed to be late game OP thing and so it should be equally difficult to get it an use it. I see it as great thing.
How does Salvage Run tie into this event? I noticed the war machine icons appearing there and I thought that maybe the ammunition will drop there as well.
