Taebo is unmatched . It literally whips me back in to shape in the most unimaginable ways . The encouragement , the focus on quad building (my favorite ) and the discipline is my love language , lol!

I used to Taebo back in the day and I’m so grateful that seed was planted in me! THANK YOU BILLY ..still going strong!!! I LITERALLY still do some TAEBO moves til this day…strong work y’all💪🏽

Why did I wait so long to do this workout? Best of the best... old school Tae Bo, cardio to the max, and some weights getting me pumped at the end. Plus, Billy swoops in with the inspiring message at the end to keep me coming back. Thanks for being part of my life since 1996!
