Don’t worry guys those kids are very flexible they are like 4-5 so it’s ‘normal’ that they could do those very high kicks with a descent amount of training. But HOW TF DID THAT GIRL DO THOSE FLIPS!? edit: sry I mean boy.
I suggest first learn the splits bcuz it will be easier to kick higher. I just started Taekwondo 1 month ago. Just improve your leg flexibility a little bit ( get your middle splits, front split, side split, straight leg hold and needle will needle isn't going to help much ) it will be easier and you don't have to cry when the master would just push you to do the splits. Talk to your parents about it and learn it. It's so fun and also it's good for self defence
