Poomse training with Gabe at Korea Taekwondo in West Lake Worth, florida. Gabe is being trained by Master Chang Hyeon Lim. This video is slowed down to 3/4 speed so as to be easy to follow and learn the steps.
Rather than make negative comments, let's see you do better. In my decades of martial arts training and filming, I have found that those who have nothing but negative things to say about others, are usually those that can't perform the simplest things. There are people of words that never go anywhere, and there are people of action that reach their goals and beyond. This is a simple poomse demonstration for beginners to follow so as to help memorize the steps they learned in class.
This video is perfectly for starters like me the step are slow motions that easily capture..I learn those five advanced than expected because of this thanks and good bless:-) keep it up...
Hey my friend. You're good. Nice fluid movements. And I can see if this was a tournament and weight behind your kicks... They'll be in trouble that day. Cool dojang. Looks... Almost cozy☺
I’m sorry but if you’re a red belt I feel that you’re standing leg should bend like that. I’m still only a blue belt but hopefully you could read this and improve:) I think you’re poomsae was ok but it had a lot of room for improvement. For example your long stands and too short, you shake ur body too much when doing preparation and your feet are sometimes in the wrong direction. Hope to see improvement :)
So, post a video to show us how good you are. Personally, I think you're just full of yourself. Most people who make negative comments with no proof of their own abilities are just talkers and armchair wannabees.
I just watched to taegeuk ee jang and noticed that his forward stance is like a cross between a walking stance and forward stance. He should not be able to see his foot on the down block leg and his back leg should be firm on the mat. He also performed a high block, front kick, high punch on one side, then a down block, front kick, high punch on the other side. He would not be able to teach at my Dojang nor would he pass his black belt test. He is no where near master level.
Uhm, like..... thank you for the video. You do know the sequence of the moves and after a stop i need to recatch on it so it's pretty usefull. But your execution is pretty meh. I'd not post it in ur place.
For those who do not like criticism and asks to see the correct video: You ask to speak the words but you do not even know the letters. Go and learn the letters, then we'll talk about words. I will say again - this video is not to learn. A lot of mistakes. Learn basic techniques and compare.
