Taeyang worked with the choreographer whose based in LA, whom work with main stream R&B artists like Usher, maybe that's why his style seems to be along that line.
That makes total sense. We cannot help buy see Usher in him - and him in Usher! - when we see them dance. Their technique is quite similar and they appear to float across the floor. ☁
