LOL! I like how angry he gets at 1:10 of the video. “WHAT DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND ABOUT NOT TALKING???” LOL! At least at my school, we can talk whenever we want. These are older high school kids. They deserve more freedom.
@@bronsonplatter6180 They use to have the silent rule at my school until the 11th grade. To me, if there is a real fire, it doesn’t really make sense for people to be quiet that whole time. It could take up to an hour or more for the fire department to contain the fire, and all you’re doing is just standing silently like a church waiting for the all clear signal. Plus, you’re outside already away from the fire, so all you really need to hear is your name during head count and the all clear. Heck, if a fire breaks out at your job it would even be more crazy to try to force employees to silently wait outside. Once you’re out, you’re pretty much safe, and it should be your right to express yourself while waiting for the all clear. The whole thing just seems a bit crazy.
Never seen a high school take fire drills this seriously😂with the people in orange vests and all. I get it but just new to seeing that lol. I feel like after elementary there was no more order to fire drills when going outside.
My high school has people in orange vests per fire department request to mark who has radios and is on the fire response team. Other than that, we don’t all have to walk to one point far from the school, we just walk past the fire lanes. Sometimes kids hide in the bathroom or teachers on prep don’t leave. Doesn’t matter to us as long as we get a 99% accurate reading of how long it takes to get everyone past the fire lanes, probably 4 minutes to get all 3200 of us accounted for.
The reason is because you need to listen for instructions and if everyone is talking you can’t hear them for example my school dose this thing where the sound the alarm for like a minute and then a lockdown is called and everyone has to run back to there room
@@Bobby_B_27 just imagine if he tried to take an Autistic kid's hands out the ears during a fire drill just because "you need to listen to instructions"...that would be horrid.
