I’m such a big fan of yours…I love how you teach techniques…I wonder if even a very thin layer of Vaseline would do just as good a job and make it easier to brush overtop of without having to worry about smearing it? Something tells me that you can also stamp with Vaseline and use it as a resist with your sprays….that would be cool to see🤗🤗🤗💕💕💕

Very interesting…Lavinia stamps used the Vaseline on a stamp for a water color reset technique..I had a fair amount of success…but your technique for mixed media is great…thanks

I just made my own today following your tutorial… if I do say so myself, it turned out stunning! Thanks for such a great video. Now, what to put on it… I don’t want to cover any of the beautiful stenciling! 😅

You could use wax or a wax candle for a resist instead of something oily.

Cool effect. I wonder what impact the Vaseline has over time though 🤔
