On 14th November 2020 during the Covid panademic, Sharklab-Malta managed to tag and release a female Nursehound (Scyliorhinus stellaris) at South Quay, Malta in association with Malta National Aquarium aided by MALTAQUA.
The Nursehound was released as part of the Tagged Oviperous Recovery and Release programme, this is the 15th tagged Nursehound to be released and was shark number 315 to be released since the programme began.
