Looking back on Rugrats Go Wild, I think it would've been better if it was was one big Nicktoons crossover film. Nickelodeon was at it's peak during the 90s and the early 2000s. It would've been cool to see all the Nicktoons that were airing or still running at the time all in a movie together.
Ahh, Rango, this is one of my most nostalgic movie to me, and my most nostalgic Nickelodeon Movies film ever. The animation feels more realistic than Pixar, which I'd say is quite an achievement for Paramount, considering that this movie was animated at Industrial Light & Magic and using no Mocap at all.
The only thing I’m upset about the invader Zim Netflix movie is how cartoony it tries to be, in the show it ACTUALLY is mature and doesn’t act so cartoony and immature, and nobody is talk about it
So in regards to barnyard, its important to note that the movie for it released a year before the series did. So like they didn't turn an honestly not very good series into a good movie, they turned a good movie into a not so great series that has basically nothing to do with the movie. Like I saw Barnyard in theaters when it came out, I loved that movie as a kid! When I heard it was getting a series I was so excited to see Otis becoming a father and raising his new stepson while getting used to running to farm. Then the series came out and it wasn't that. At all. They didn't even keep his girlfriend, they replaced her with an original character but kept the girlfriends best friend for some reason?!?! I will forever hate the barnyard series for being built up for greatness only to fall harder than any attempt to make a movie into a TV series i've ever seen.
My Top 10 Nickelodeon Cartoon Movies 1. Rango (2011) (This Don’t Even Feel like a Nick movie and that’s what I love about it. A lot of awesome moments too. This movie is a masterpiece.) 2. The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004) (The first and best SpongeBob movie. A timeless cult classic that should have ended the show the way Stephen wanted it but the show was so popular that Nick refused to Cancel it which led to the show dipping in quality for years.) 3. The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001) (A successful tale of a solid movie that turned into one of my favorite Nicktoons of all time, The soundtrack is heat too. Rest In Peace to Aaron Carter.) 4. The Adventures Of Tin-Tin (2011) (I had mixed feelings about this movie at first but after I watched it. I realized it was a really well put together movie. Great art style and plot.) 5. Rugrats In Paris (2000) (I watch the first movie more but I still think this is best Rugrats movie. The first movie is great but it’s way too dark. This really makes Chuckie a star and has a great plot given his mom passed way.) 6. Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie (2017) (Hey Arnold is my favorite Nicktoon ever. The first movie was really lackluster. But this movie was able to end to series on a positive by reuniting Arnold with his family after the show ended up in a cliffhanger 13 years before the movie.) 7. TMNT: Mutant Mayhem (2023) (There are lot of TMNT movies from Nick. And this one is the best and the best modern Nickelodeon movie so far.) 8. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water (2015) (A highly mistreated movie thanks to the SpongeBoomers who are still mad about the show’s decline and will hate anything after the first movie. It’s not as good as the first movie but it’s still really funny and entertaining. And unlike the third movie, the movie is trying to be it’s own thing and I’m happy this movie is finally getting the positive feedback and reviews it deserves. It’s a great movie in it’s own right and I considered it the most underrated Nickelodeon movie.) 9. The Rugrats Movie (1998) (The first animated Nick movie and my favorite Rugrats movie. It’s not the best Rugrats movie but could have been better without the dark scenes and Dil was a complete dickhead in that movie.) 10. The Wild ThornBerries Movie (2002) (This movie is free to watch on RU-vid and it’s really good. It should have never been crossovered with the Rugrats though.) HM: Barnyard (2006) (This Movie like Out Of Water is overhated. The show sucked but this movie is a whole lotta fun and is a guilty pleasure.) Rise Of The TMNT (2022) (Another good movie based on the Turtles but the 2023 version is better.) Yeah Nickelodeon Movies have been a mixed bag. Half of them are great but the others are mediocre to downright trash.
5:00 seriously the show is grounded and down to earth and a little realistic but when I'm watching the movie I'm just like "where the fuck is all of this coming from!?"
Paw PAtrol was lowkey good lol! I'm not ashamed Also yes The Peanuts Movie WAS The start of Stylized 3D animation to me. One of my favorite movies EVER!
I haven't seen (or heard of) like half the movies on this list Lol but this was such a great vid. I subbed! Also I'm convinced to finally finally watch Rango😅
The only memorable thing about the paw patrol movie is that julian casablancas from the strokes made an instagram post where he called it an amazing anti-capitalist statement and i can't tell if he said it ironically or not
I think the biggest thing about wishology that wasn't covered in the video is the fact that... the darkness literally got killed in part 1. But then just randomly got revived in part 2?? I know it's a kids show but this somewhat irks me
