I have many times. I actually have mud flaps for it that I typically have installed. I take them off when I go wheeling, because they like to rip off in tight trails 😅. I believe there is technically a law for vehicles older than 1989 in the state of WA being allowed to have open fenders in fair weather conditions, but it is commonly overlooked.
@@Loudyotaa that sounds exactly like me, I told them I took them off because I was going wheeling because they rip off otherwise. Here only trucks have to have them so any suv doesn't need them, so a 4Runner can run 40"s and not be hassled. 🤪😊
