You should try once without single jerk..same smoothness in moment..perfect stance..balance.. You will realise how hard to balance yourself. I feel peace while I performing same...the rhythm of music..moment..steps.. Its divine experience. Again it all depends on your faith of art,or even prayer for god is also useless. About silk or other uniform!! I wear short and t shirt ..it doesn't matter . Regards dear
