Welcome to "Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention," a specialized practice designed to help individuals improve joint function, decrease pain, and improve balance.
Tai Chi's slow and deliberate movements increase strength, body awareness, posture, and flexibility. Our instructor will provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and ensure a safe practice.
Additionally, Tai Chi's mind-body connection and focus on deep breathing offer additional benefits to individuals. It can help reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and improve mental well-being, making it an excellent holistic approach to managing the condition.

Felt awesome after the routine. The resulting feeling is different every time. The flute playing I think normalized my breathing. I used to have what they called a recorder and a harmonica when I was younger. Loved those things. The flute looks quality. Impressive poem.

Love this. I needed soothing this evening. Loved the flute - maybe a bit like the recorder that I played as a child. Thank you as always

Hi Adam, I have recently found your videos and channel. I think the videos are fantastic. Love how the information is evidence based (Im HCPC) registered. I have recently started doing your videos in the morning and more recently in the evening too. I have sciatica and it has helped immensely. I feel fantastic during and afterwards. Really complements breath work and meditation too. Could I ask for a 30 minute video specifically for either lower back pain and/or sciatica. Thanks again Fantastic channel So pleased i found you. Also thought the mantras at the end are beautiful. Keep up the good work Sally

Why do I feel so out of breath when I finish the practice? I am breathing in and out with the movements and yet I am so out of breath when done! Could you please explain this to me?
@beginwithbreathtaichi
@beginwithbreathtaichi 2 месяца назад
You may be breathing too forcefully. Maybe try just breathing normally for the next class without trying to synchronize the breath with the movements and see how that feels after. Let me know how it goes :)
