Sifu Andrew Chung has been practicing and teaching traditional Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Martial Arts for 50 years. He is based in South Florida where he runs Chung’s Tai Chi and Kung Fu Academy. His teachings are anchored in Daoist Philosophy and traditional methods from a long lineage of masters and grandmasters in China.
He believes that the path to peace, happiness, and personal fulfillment comes from internal spiritual cultivation, including becoming a serious practitioner of martial arts. Everything starts with stilling the mind and returning to your pure nature. From there, you can understand how energy flows through the body and become aware of your relationship to your surroundings.
Regular practice of Qi Gong, meditation, and Tai Chi is known to provide many health benefits to the mind and body. From improved circulation, decreased pain, improved coordination, reduced anxiety and depression, better rest, and finding peace and joy from stilling the mind.
