Thank you, Dr. Lam. It's so lovely. I'm a little confused though about direction, though. Are we mirroring you or doing the same side as you? (When you go to your right, we go to our right)

when he moves to the right, you move to the right and so on. You could try to visualise him with is back to you, one other way is to remember your starting position. I sometimes have the same problem with this and get confused but I have found that visualising the movement in my head works well for me.
