I will say, the wrestlers at CHW try really hard. However they really need to spend time working on more wrestling fundamentals. Their striking could be so much better, as well as there use of weapons. Just because you are a backyard promotion, doesn't excuse poor striking and use of weapons.

Miniak is awesome but at the point of this match being filmed she had just gotten back into strength training for wrestling power after battling major nerve injuries in her legs.
