There is a resurgence for bespoke suits if you can get the word out that you provide this service. A business needs to evolve to be able to adapt new technology for marketing and sales. Just check out the Kingsman
Very true, I bet if he sold online he'd get alot more sales, and if they really want to seal the deal, make an advertising campaign about how they tailored suits for all these kings, prime ministers and Upper class folk, would surely bring in alot of customers
I've had the pleasure of comissioning a bespoke piece from Mr. Khong 4 years ago. At 24, I can say with certainty that bespoke and custom clothing in general is making its resurgence in younger folk. There is so much information online and in books that teach this, creating a more discerning taste among younger folks. I think the challenge is not ready-to-wear, its quality CANNOT match MTM and bespoke pieces. The real challenge is that people DON'T KNOW this difference in quality or don't care about it. I will most certainly commission one last piece before Mr. Khong closes his shop for good.
