@@neoxus30 i had a run as tainted isaac where ive got sacred heart then r key and i did cope around 3 times when i was getting dogshit rooms so yeah, no matter how awesome your run is edmund will find a way to make you cope at least once per every run :)

@@molda8082 when I was trying to beat mother for my first time I was getting a pretty good run (20/20 vision, bookworm, alot of tears and decent damge) and THEN I got almond milk. it ALMOST screwed my run over until I got to an angel room and get sacred heart, followed by stapler and another item which boosted my damage. I was doing like 5-7 damage per shot. [I was playing the forgotten at the time] if you do get cope just pray that you get an item that will negate the bad items. and that's the story on how I beat mother for my first time.

Everything breaks the Mother arena. The difference between a clean Mother kill and the game just crashing because it felt like it is as thin as thread.

@@povotaknight2063 I never played the original version. Seems weird that you could hit him. Did you know he won't attack you if you stay diagonal to him? He only attacks you if you cross him horizontally or vertically. You can walk across a whole room or stand in place forever without being attacked this way. The horizontal and vertical axis goes about 10-15ft away from his body, so you can go around this axis (picture a plus sign extending out of Esau) and reposition in a different diagonal quadrant without it triggering his attack. Just had to share this with a fellow Esau enjoyer, nobody seems to know this.
