TAIWAN Series (Ep. 5) Miaoli & Taichung Tour, Ximending Night Market,The Red House | vlog 0039 

Welcome to our Final Episode of Taiwan Series! For today's video, join us for our Miaoli County and Taichung Tour. We visited the Ohana Cafe, the Green Fantasy Forest and Houli Flower Farm. However, an unexpected turn of events made it impossible to continue the tour for Orange Farm & Xinshe Castle.
We returned to Taipei City and headed straight to Ximending Night Market to check out the weekend vibes and try out the famous bubble tea and fried chicken in the area.
The next day is our last day in Taiwan. Our pamangkin/inaanak Gerald, who works in Taichung dropped by our accommodation for a quick catch up. It's a free day so some of us slept in and some of us went out for last minute stroll and pasalubong shopping (there's also a Carrefour near our accomodation - affordable place to go get some knick knacks , snacks and even luggages!
Speaking of luggages, we noticed while in the line that the ground crew were giving a lot of passengers a hard time w/ their check-in & hand carry luggages... we were not spared! They were very strict so heads up to everyone - avoid the hassle and weigh your luggages at home. We should have bought a portable luggage scale in Carrefour! LoL!
Anyway.... All's well that ends well! We had a lot of fun from our adventures and misadventures in Taiwan. We are blessed to be able to spend quality time with our family while traveling abroad. I know that the experience we had and memories we created will be cherished for a lifetime!
