It is my all time favourite in Hong Kong. It could be my breakfast, lunch or sometimes dinner. There was a Shanghai cuisine restaurant that we called it a little red house made the best 粢飯. Another good one was in Cauesway Bay, the one in 厚福街was not bad too. Thank you Papa Fung digs out my good old Hong Kong memory. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I will definitely try to make it.
