hey... all 5* hotels in India have more or less similar food. So, I actually didn't find any difference. Though ITC Maurya Delhi has one of the best Dal Bukhara & Paneer Khurchan. Its the only Indian restaurant in world's top 50 Indian restaurants. I am a veggie, so I try all the veg food wherever I go. 'Taj Lands End' is much better than 'Taj Santacruz'. But the way to reach 'Taj Lands End' is very congested. 'Taj Santacruz' is connected to Mumbai domestic airport, so its very approachable as just 2 mins walk. There was a food festival on the very 1st day I checked in to 'Taj Santacruz' & there were lots of Chaats (चाट) during buffet dinner. In morning buffet breakfast they had amazing Jalebi as well.
