Diet Tajik soup "Oshi Burida."
"Oshi Burida" is a dietary soup; It is prepared differently in different Tajikistan regions, but the basic ingredients are greens, homemade noodles, legumes, and Chakka (Similar to Greek yogurt). Ingredients: Herbs are added to the soup as much as possible. Preferably 7 herbs, including fresh wild mint "Pudinai jubor" which grows close to rivers and canals.
Ingredients:
Cilantro - 2-3 bundles
Green onions-2-3 bunches
Basil purple-1 bunch
Green basil -1 large bunch
Onion - 2 medium
Mini Sweet Peppers 4-5 ea
Black eye peas -350 g, You can also add chickpeas (Soak overnight)
Salt and spices to taste
Golden yellow Plum or dried apricot - optional.

Water -100 ml
