I was lucky enough to be born into a musical family and heard this At around 7 or 8 yrs old. When my son was a baby and was fussy, all we had to do was put this CASSETTE into the CASSETTE PLAYER and turn it on and he would go right to slee in just a few seconds! It worked EVERY time. I can’t tell you how many times we panicked because the CASSETTE ribbon got stuck in the player and I’m trying to wind it back in with a pencil or my pinky finger! 🤣. Those were the days! Life was trying but worth living with music like this

Had the opportbity to hear the group live in concert here in Dallas once. It was not only an excellent concert, but I had the opportunity to meet the group after the concert (first in line!) and visit with them for a few minutes. They were all very kind and spent time visiting with each person who was in line. They are not only an exceptional group, but are truly ambassadors of the gospel.

Whatever they did on record, they replicated live and on the spot w/o any silly excuses. This song just uplifts my lil' spirit. Merv sounded superb. You just press play and let it do what it do. My Basic Training Battle Sister just reminded me on FB of how we played this song everyday, just to get through! That was 30 yrs ago and we three are still close and we get together maybe once a decade. I fell in love with their sound the instant I heard them 30 years ago! When they came to Tokyo, I was there the first 3 or 4 times - right up front and back stage. "Spis Li, Milke Le" sung by le mystere des voix bulgares You may or may not like the music but the these performers and their techniques are a force to be reckoned with! Wanna hear more technically difficult (non accapella) harmonic material to sing that gets downright creepy: "du goldener gott" by A. Schoenberg...skip 1 minute into the excerpt to hear a mezzo soprano and alto get groovy...insanity! From an opera called Moses und Aron (good pair of headphones or full range loudspeakers are best)
