It would be great to see it restored, create commerce, and live in it!! I bet the downtown and rivers views would be awesome!!!

I cant believe the lights inside that building still works. That building has sat empty all my life. I'd love to see it restored and lit up at night.

They just don't build big beautiful buildings like that anymore. Its all about cutting costs these days. I hope the whole thing is restored and used from the ground floor to the top floor!
