This reminds me of my grandfather's house after twenty years of him being in prison for making methamphetamines in San Bernardino California. When he got out of prison his house was untouched and to go in and see all the old stuff and to help him find stuff that the sheriff didn't take was interesting.

Very interesting place, I like the way the house was built with the vaulted ceilings and wood. Just so you know, what you were calling Generators were actually Air Compressors. The very first one was Gas, the other two were Electric

lots of air compressors, the first one i think might have been what they called a wheel barrow one, really old, wonder if he was a roofer, coiled nails an nail gun for them, very interesting house, the second house i wonder if this was the original house to the property, looks really old. i bet it was a nice piece of property back in the day.

Not to put too fine a point on it however at 47.21 it's not a generator. It is an air compressor for filling your tires and such.

I’ve seen that a bunch of times where they want to heat the house with wood but the fireplace doesn’t heat it very well and so they run a wood stove through the fireplace cause it’s easier than putting another chimney in. That wood stove isn’t the most attractive I’ve seen. It probably was fairly cheap though. I noticed that cabinet with the amplifier in it there looks like there is an opening in the right side of the top. Maybe there is a turntable in there or a tape deck. The knife looks like the one I use to clean fish. 🎣 Those are very sharp. My neighbors farmhouse has had a tarp over the roof on a wing of the house as long as I can remember. Makes me wonder what the inside looks like.

Except for the squatters damages and rummaging through everything, that the guy or the people who did live there were actually neat nicks. Everything inside the dresser drawers were very clean, expertly folded, etc. Thanks for a great tour!

I would be afraid to explore like you do! Like, what if you found a squatter or worse yet, a dead person?!? Or what if ghosts are real and decided to let you know you're not alone? People can be crazy about their property and what if someone decided to come run you off? That would stop my heart so I would NEVER GO ALONE. First, I have to say that you have a really rad channel, I'm glad the algorithm lead me here; I'm fascinated by abandoned homes etc. Do you think all that decay happened since 2018? I am wondering if it was in bad condition prior. And if so it's kind of sad and I wonder about the person/people who lived there and what all that mold did to their health. Also, what is your take on that last outbuilding/shack? I get bad vibes from it... like why was there a lamp in that little area under the bed thing? Anyway, super cool find! Stay safe! ✌️

Homes in a rural area use gravel for their driveways. Our log home’s driveway is almost a mile long and it’s gravel.

The rope was probably once used as a laundry line, strangely some people would hang the clothes to dry inside the house in the winter to keep them from freezing outside. I think it also could have been something like a divider as well. Maybe a heavy blanket or sheets were hung on it to make the bedroom side more private. Especially if there were more than one person or child sharing the room. My parents did that in the room my brothers and I when we shared a bedroom in two bedroom apartment when I was young.
