I really enjoy this channel! Entertaining and easy to understand. My last 18 months have been telling. At the beginning of it, 401K gone, bankruptcy, incredibly unreliable car, but a good job. Now, rebuilding my 401K at 21% monthly contribution, renting a room from my son (thank goodness we get along) and saving to buy a SMALL town home for 20% down in 18 months. I am 6 months into my 5-year car loan, it's 3/4 paid off. Money market savings. Just really decided what had to happen to make the rest of my life what I wanted it to be. These videos really help me! Thanks! And the drawings are wonderful!
you're so inspirational honestly watching your video is just the quickest way to understand different principles and think about things in a different way! thank you!
Great content! The easiest way for us to be powerful over our money is to first keep track of our finances and to have it all listed down and from there start assessing whether we’re spending our money on essential things or we are just making unwise spending.
"Our reason" is none of those self actualization reasons offered here for me. It's what I don't want to be: a wage slave living in fear of getting fired and being poverty stricken. Good thing that occurred to me early on. I know, not exactly positive but highly motivational.
Thank you, Daniel! I love to screen shot some of your content so I have the information in really simple images that help me remember different things I want to look into later/research further. Love your channel so much!
Josh, thanks for the question! If it is being done on the side of a regular job or some type of entrepreneurial venture than certainly! There's lots of variety to side hustles, heck I know some people who walk dogs and charge scooters on the side and earn a couple hundreds dollars every month. So it doesn't always have to be some sort of traditional business :) P.S. Please forgive the lateness of my reply.
Hey Daniel, as always awesome content! If you could do a video comparing Robert Kiyosaki and Dave Ramsey’s financial teachings, it’d be great.. just would like your perspective. Thanks!
Daniel (forgive me if I spelled that wrong)...I am a long time viewer...Should we budget in a forecasting manner or learn from the previous budget(s) to mend our ways?
Saurav, yes you spelled it right 😉. I would say it's a bit of both in this case. You need to be looking forward to what's coming up ahead as there might be some new things that you haven't had to budget for with previous budgets, but it also helps to learn how to improve your budget based on past experiences so that it works better for you as time goes along. Thanks for the question 🙂.
Hello! I want to thank you for your videos! I think your channel is great and I have learned a lot from your videos. I have two questions for you, and I apologize because they aren't directly related to this video. I couldn't remember the video that the first one applies to. 1. You said that you take no longer than 5-10(not sure if that's correct) minutes to vet whether there's demand for a video. How do you determine this? I'd like to do the same with a future channel and this would be really helpful for me to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. 2. What video animation program/software to use? Again, I'd like to develop a channel in the future and have been looking into Powtoon but am not sure what else is out there. Thank you so much for your help!
Daryenne, first off thanks for the support! In regards to your first question, I use the Tubebuddy tool which I have linked In the description of every video in order to help me vet whether there's demand for an idea that I have. It usually doesn't take more than a few minutes and not only does it give me an idea of how many people are searching for my topic on RU-vid but also how much competition there is around it which is incredibly helpful especially when you're starting a new channel and don't have that much pull in the algorithm 😉. It also gives suggestions for similar topics (search phrases) to whatever it is I typed in which can lead to other ideas that I wouldn't have thought of on my own (I should note that there are other tools out there that accomplish roughly the same thing, one being vidIQ, but tubebuddy is the one that I have personally used the most). I'll usually couple tubebuddy's insights with Google's own keyword planning tool so I can see if there is demand for a topic on the wider web in addition to RU-vid. If both come up with good results, and it's a video I want to do, and it's a video I believe will be helpful to the people viewing it I add it to my list. However, as I have grown bigger another opportunity has presented itself in this area and that is simply asking the viewers what they want to see. Because having all the analytics tools in the world is great but they're never going to match up with what the people are actually telling you they want. So now I ask in every video for people to leave comments letting me know what they'd want me to talk about in the future and that's worked really great 😃! In regards to your second question the program I used to make the videos is called videoscribe 🙂. I can't personally say how it stacks up against other similar programs since this is the only one I have personal experience using but I've been very happy with it! Hope this helps and good luck on your future channel!
@@NextLevelLife You are so NICE to answer questions in DETAIL. 🤩 God bless you ! 😇 Already subscribed and always waiting for ur next video because I can "borrow" your brain as well 😜 Blessings from Taiwan ! 🤗
This channel is good and valuable, but for me to encounter 4 mid video ads in a video shorter than 20min....I mean, that's NFL level bad. It makes me far prefer other channels with similar value and no mid video ads. Constructive criticism. I know you need and want the money, but for myself personally, an ad every 3 minutes is inconveniencing, annoying, and disrupts the flow of my thoughts while I am trying to absorb valuable knowledge. If my professor is paused constantly to show me an ad, I would definitely learn a lot less in a class, retain less information, and be far more distracted. The same principle is applying here. Again just some constructive criticism
This content is worth it tho. But if you want, just pull the video up until the last few seconds, let it play until the end, and then pull the video back to the begin or hit replay. Boom. No ads. You're welcome.
@@YourMajesty143 didnt know that trick, thank you. I know the content is worth it, but there are other channels with very similar and valuable content with 1 or maybe 2 ads. I maintain that 5 ads in a short video like this is ridiculous. I do, however, appreciate your perspective
