This song really helped me reach the halfway point when I heard it last night. It made me realize that what I once thought was full of pain and unsaid words can be beautiful and full of life and love again given enough time to heal. Being happy for someone who has hurt you in the past is both liberating and enlightening. I can definitely say that I'm now in a place where I can be happy on my own and ready to receive what the universe has in store for me again. Thank you so much Ate Moira for this version :))

the "no matter what I do, I still feel you coming back to me when I know that you never will..." I miss my dad so much. I haven't met him since I was one, and now when the time arrived that I've got the chance to meet my family on his side, he's gone-forever gone. That line used to hurt me, with the fact that I know that something wouldn't happen but I am still hoping, hopelessly hoping that it would, in a certain way. Now, it gives me hope with a strong pillar of acceptance and letting go. To accept that I haven't had the chance to hug and meet him, and will never have that chance, ever. To accept that he has gone since I was one, and gone forever when I aged 10. And now, I'll just miss him forever at 17. Thanks ate Moi🌄

Of all her catalogue, THIS is my favorite composition she has written thus far. I played this during my niece's funeral service so this will really resonate with me forever. nung narinig ko ito year 2020 yng araw na alam kong mawawala na si mama, umiyak ako ng umiyak.. then august 8 2020 tuluyan na siyang kinuha ni Lord. My bestfriend died this last September due to her health condition but declared as due to COVID-19. This song makes me cry a lot. 9 months ago, when I was listening to this song, I am forcing myself to accept what happened, that there is someone he really love and life is like that, not everything you wanted will be yours . I accidentally stumbled upon this song today, it left me crying so hard that I can't even breathe. Just a few weeks till the 1st death anniversary of my dog, Dorian. He was my son.
