I’m glad there’s still stuff being made for Mighty Nein, I struggle watching CR an extreme amount because of my ADHD, but through animations, including yours, I managed to grow really attached to them even though I’ve only watched a few episodes, and in a way I can’t get to happen again with the other two campaigns either

I miss this campaign. I might go back and review it. Spoilers below for campaign 3: Campaign 3 had some good promise at the start but it just seemed to be lacking something…I think it’s individuality and spontaneity maybe. And a feeling of having too much preplanning, like with Travis’s first character dying. It was clearly intended and that made it feel way more forced and empty. It just was not a great start in my opinion. Then once the cameos from other campaigns kept rolling in I actually became less invested and interested. I’m here for THESE characters, the one exception was of course to get laudna back but once I saw a clip about others too, I just got frustrated instead of hyped. It felt like attention seeking rather than maintaining the spark of the thrill of the adventure. It also felt like they unintentionally were hand holding their current characters and it was undermining them as a result. I don’t know, just…the vibe feels different. I’m not entirely sure why yet but those are some reasons for why I stopped watching. I’m going back to the Mighty Nein.
