EVERYTHING IS PERFECT ABOUT the de Havilland Twin Otter, RUGGED, RELIABLE, POWERFUL, ... BUT Why the De Havilland Engineers put the Throttle in the Cabin Ceiling ? Wouldn't have been more secure and Stable, in case of Turbulence, to have the Throttle down, in the Panel just aside the Pilots Seats as Most of the Turboprops have it ?
