Yes!!! We need Him. Especially with this Corona Virus on the rampage. Thank you Lord for your deliverance and salvation during these troubling times. Bless Your Holy Name!!! 🙏💯😷
Im Speaking on behalf of all fans of Take 6: Mervyn we miss the original sound of u guys...U and Cedric need to come back for a reunion album and bless us with that classic sound
i was not even born, not even sure if my parents wher born when this was recorded but its soo cool that it does they still relevent to me n ma peers even now! God bless Take 6
Before they were Take Six. The early days!!! The funny thing is... most groups have rocky, almost embarrassing starts. These guys didn't need to improve with age. They started out strong and have stayed there. Incredible!!!
Back in the day there were no groups like Take Six... for that matter, even today They just make your feet dance, your heart sing and lifts your spirit!! Love to you all that are here today... my Heavenly ohana. Take care, stay safe and aloha 'oe. ;-) -AuntyKeli
Wow...I'm speechless...I remember being in Montgomery Al around this time hearing this song on the radio station as a teenager back then....They are the baddest vocaliststs on this planet...Take 6...Alliance and their music will live 4eva .
These brothas are so sick wit it. I can watch slash listen to them sing for hours. Y'all should've kept Merv in the group. Y'all needed that extra layer of voice. My favorites are Mark and Dave.
Oh man, they sure look sharp in those hi-top fades and those ugly shirts, the height of fashion during the late 80's. Seriously though, love this song. This is the first song that ever heard by them. After hearing it, I fell in love with them. And they do an awesome job in this performance:)
Jeez did they just get done shooting the album cover before this performance? I miss Mervyn's swing, brass-tenor voice, and YES those humongous glasses were very much IN back in the dayy. My mom used to rock 'em and I hated when she got new smaller frames. Of course, they look goofy now, haha. Awesome, raw performance here. Wish I was there.
Here: when you are sad, make it the most valuable you can. and i would know, that you have to be sad, and when you don't pay your "sadness dues," then, well, it'll mess you up. i'll try to say that more better later. except that you can since you know what i mean, anyways. so. maybe take a look at that concept? :)
