hearing robbie talk about this time in his life with such joy and affection in his new documentary made me so happy, and you can totally see how happy he was to be there in this performance!!!
One of my all-time favorite music videos! Robbie looks sooo proud to be singing lead. Just love these guys! Mark is always smiling, love it. And Gary's vocals are the best!
No one does concerts like Take that. They are not only a concerts, is an experience, a story with a beginning and an end. I was lucky enough to see them live during Beautiful World in Barcelona, and Progress Tour in Munich, and they were amazing, with the last one I could make my dream come true and see them togeher as 5, I was waiting for that moment for 14 years. I will never forget that day ever. Take that Forever!!
Lucky you!! And yes, they are epic! Who is playing for example, at the coronation concert, named a Pop Royalty... Well, in fact i know now, they are! There is no "boyband" simply a Band... and so Long, so good... Royal indeed!
Your second word is the one that counts. If you feel inspired by this music - from a band whose name refers to what happens when the good start to fight back against evil - then know that it would not work without the Holy Spirit of God, who wants us to feel the love and see the truth. And change.
WHAT an epic performance!!! 😮 I was spellbound BEFORE Robbie did THAT!!! No other "boy band" had done something so spectacular before or since... I'm so glad I saw these guys perform as I grew up. Miss them dreadfully. ❤❤❤❤❤
Yes, but what might be interesting to know is that there were also some guys in their backing band who sang with them. In fact, vocally, Take That consisted of 9 singers during the Progress Tour 😉. I think there's nothing wrong with that, because whether it's "Patience", "Shine" or "The Flood", I guess Take That are known for those lush vocal harmonies in the choruses, so whenever they're doing live shows, additional singers add more depth and strength to the overall vocal sound.
@@aleccopile that's the thing in live performances. Well all concert shows needs backup singers to enhance the performances. I've never seen any without it.
The Progress tour happened at exactly the right time. Even if all 5 reunited now; they would hardly put together a show better than Progress. In here; they were the perfect amalgamation between youth and maturity. All numbers were just right.
So essentially you're saying they are ''too old'' now to put put another great show. That's ageism...They are all in good shape then and now. Maybe there are other factors - like their availability and compatibility, time, desire, but don't bring ''age'' into this.
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 I agree! I mean look at acts like Paul McCartney and Rolling Stones for example. They have been putting on amazing tours ever since their origins...and their age doesn't matter in any way. Same with Take That! No matter what age, their shows will ALWAYS remain a spectacle and the fans are more than happy to attend. It just sucks now that award shows like the BRITs are slagging off older acts to make it relevant for only the younger generation. Same with the Grammys :-(
I never got the chance to see Take That live in concert but I got to see Mark Owens when he did his solo showcase in Singapore and I will never forget how happy I was. Love ya
@@scottirvine121 most definitely. To me, the lyrics of this song seem to speak of the industry wanting them to follow their plans for the band- this track & subsequent comeback album & tour seem to be a triumphant return to defy those that controlled the lads back when.
Absolutely crazy, i found a vest after from my grandfather and it has Take That on the back with the band picture, that is how i found them first time.
Took my kids to Glasgow for this, poured with rain, but still bloody awesome! Rule The World was a very special song for us, luckily the rain stopped people seeing how much we were crying. Wonderful moment.
They are great performers and still are! I’ve watched them perform since 1994 great singers and dancers and absolutely a pleasure to watch on stage very handsome men and great smiles
Talent comes from teaching and hard work, being dedicated to a certain subject,,, as they publicly just preformed on stage bellow them was the evolution from the arched back monkey, to the walking man, there was 5 of them, put the Robbie Williams in the bush with the gorillas to guide him, and I'm afraid all he will be singing is ooh ooh ooh, but yes the ok at singing songs, that's ot
Sehr sehr geil! Insbesondere dieses Stück, Hammer! Früher als Boy Group habe ich Take That gehasst, aber inzwischen bin ich ein echter Fan geworden. Die haben es einfach drauf!!!
This will always be my favourite performance of The Flood. The majestic waterfall, the five lads standing proud like soldiers, Om standing over...this is PROGRESS!!! ❤️🔥💛☀️🧡⚡️💚🌿💙💦 Take That have set the bar real high with their production and music since their reunion in 2005, not to mention that they have had an incredible story worthy to be a blockbuster movie (Early Days, Success, Robbie Leaves, TT split, fans upset, Gary vs Robbie, Mark's solo, TT4 reunion, TT5 return, TT3, today). Groups like NKOTB, Boyzone, Spice Girls, A1, Steps, Westlife, One Direction, Little Mix and Backstreet Boys look up to TT as their inspiration for longetivity and success! Keep it up boys! P.S. To the media, STOP WITH THE CONSTANT COMPARING OF GROUPS BECAUSE OF A MEMBER :LEAVING (Zayn leaving, Brian leaving etc...)
These prayers belong to God, and "Take That" actually means what good people say as they fight back against evil. 1 John 5:19 We do indeed fight back. If not in the 2020s, then when?
Absolutely amazing Progress tour..I saw it at Manchester stadium...seeing TT reunite as a 5 was brilliant...Happy TT tour memories😊❤️🎶The wall of water with the acrobats and TT on the robot was truly stunning and those light up jackets so beautiful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
