Actually it makes sense. If you get to 8 diamonds, he could have added the 2 to 14 to make 16 and the 4 to 28 to make 32, then if someone goes higher, he adds the 8 to the 56 to get the full stack. No need to carry unnecessary diamonds.

actually the way he did it is pretty smart, if it gets to that point the first 2 diamonds are added to the 14, then the 4 is added to the 28, then the 8 to the 56, all maths out well

⁠@@justjaeinI think the idea is that, if someone says they want the 16 diamonds, then no one said they want 2 diamonds. Which is how they got to that point. So he can add the 2 diamond stack to the 14 to get 16. If scar didn’t have enough diamonds on him to make the full thing, this would allow him to make all the relevant numbers very quickly. By just hitting Q on 1 to 3 different stacks
