9/7/2024 A low pressure system made it's way on Lake Erie. Waves almost everywhere from Cleveland to Erie PA but almost completely blown out. A ton of chop, close-outs, and mushy waves.
Most if not all surfers that live in the ocean wouldn't even bother paddling out in these conditions but myself and a few others make the best of what we are given.
The air temperature dropped to 58°f while the water temperature is still at 75°f. The waves were anywhere from waist to head high with maybe 4-5 second intervals. I have my GoPro on 3 different views in this edit. The out of the water shots are on the Linear view, the first person POV shots are on the Wide view, and the board mount shots are on the Hyperview. All on a 16:9 Landscape frame, 4k 60fps.
