Great tutorial, some interesting stuff that I wouldn't have thought of. Have you considered using curve layers with masks for your dodging and burning? It would increase the level of control you have over this and this would also make the process non destructive and more adjustable.

Man, the sharpness you already have at 7:00 ... i really think I need to buy a new camera to improve my photoagraphy another level... I use a Panasonic G80/85 atm.. not exactly the best for still photography. :/
