I remember time, when vagrant was popular and setup cluster on virtual machine was, lets say good adventure. Especially when need to setup kerberos or ssh gateway. Depends do u have or not a ops(in that time they are call system administrator)
Terraform ouch, I was hoping for some nice salt deployment on qubes (look for DNS exfiltration) or better yet security onion (total surveillance -- needs air gap). Only hackers use terraform, you must be a hacker, are you a hacker?
