the reason why they’re the same size in multiplayer but not in the campaign cutscenes is cuz the motion capture actors are different heights irl so in the cutscenes some of them are gonna look taller but in the gameplay they’re all made the same size in order to balance the hitboxes and so that they’re able to do the animations cuz the animations are all made for one size only it’s kinda like why when u load in a game of fortnite and ur skin appears as ramirez for a split second that’s cuz all the skins use the same hitbox and size for animations it’s the same thing in cod gameplay or in gta how lamar in the cutscenes is 6’7 but in the actual gameplay he is 6’0 because of the motion capture actors height and the need to make gameplay models all the same size so that all the animations work correctly
