A year later Earnhardt and his car owner captured Rookie Of The Year in 1979 and won his first championship the after in 1980. Pretty fun knowledge about how The Intimidator on how he earned his legacy from his beginnings to where he currently stands even though he died in 2001 at the Daytona 500 his legacy still lives on and his name still remains to this day.
