I just went through a 2 year fight with stage 4 cancer myself, and my body was riddled with tumors, had quite a few in my brain as well. Doctors were actually surprised that I made it through. But I'll tell you one thing, my brother, fishing, and RU-vidrs like you definitely helped make the journey easier. As soon as I was out of the hospital and able to, I was at the water with my brother as much as I could handle to be. Fishing was just as much a part of my treatment as chemo, radiation, and all of my medications were. You're a great guy for what you did for that kid, and I'm so happy that you overcame your struggle with cancer as well bro. Tight lines man, and congratulations on the upcoming fishing freak. I know I'm super late with that, but I don't usually comment on your vids. Tight lines bud 😎👍

Good job Justin. I can't think of anyone I'd rather have pray for me than someone who has dealt with the same thing that I'm going through. You are an infusion of hope in so many ways to that young man. Thanks for bringing this experience to us. You know it's a good episode when the tears well up within moments of the video rolling. You two were getting along like you'd known each other for a long time. The young man being so comfortable around you says volumes about your character LFG. Great video!

Elijah really seems like a special young man. I could definitely tell he has handled an Rod and Reel before and caught fish before nothing new to him there for sure. A special thank you to Winston Tucker and everyone at Favorite fishing for kind gifts you gave to Elijah. Very kind of you guys. You and OSG are such awesome special people to invite someone like that into your home and your life. For some reason this video has really touched me I'M almost in tears while I'M writing this. We will be lifting up Elijah in our hearts and prayers and pray that God puts his healing and guiding hand up on him his parents and the doctors treating him. Also will continue to lift you and OSG up in our prayers that God keeps his hand over OSG during her pregnancy and the baby as well also you and the doctors that are and are going to be treating you and willis. My vessel is leaking from the inside! The private conversation. That is what makes the love you shared with Elijah, to be one of the best experiences his life will contain. And he has a lot life of professional fishing ahead of him, should he choose that route. I feel blessed to have seen this.

My pastor has always taught that sometimes God puts you through something so that you can help someone else when they go through that same hardship. It's truly amazing to see that play out through someone that I have never met, helping out someone that is a complete stranger in a similar hardship. God bless you and OSG. All of the Googans are really good guys, otherwise I don't think Justin (LFG) would associate with them. Peric for example raises tons of money for cancer charities, while Lunkers raises money for veterans and even employed one.

They are all really good people in their own ways. Justin is personally my favorite, just because his personality closely matches mine. It's all about family, fishing, and friends. Work hard/play harder. This I'm just seeing for the first time, and it made me like him even more!
