Lisbon is a beautiful city. Will definitely go back. Went on this tram as part of my to-do list. Get the train to cascais, estoril and belem too. Pickpockets were a warning for this tram but you just need to keep your wits.
0:45 Perhaps wise not to do that. 3:14 The man actually says: 'Inverting [the lever], it recovers electricity from the wheels as brake'. Sorry subtitles, but the wheels don't move in the opposite direction to brake in any vehicle on land.
Movie good made. With good informations and good narrated. Also good movie cut. It looks like a short version of a longer documentary. But its euromax = make it shorter, to send more different about europe.
@@luismarques9280 Há cada um 🤦♂️! Danger to kids says the guy who doesn't know shite about our trams or even our Culture. It's danger to kids says the guy who doesn't know that the trams are one of the most secure transportation in Portugal (Old or new trams)! This kind of the people think we are stupid for sure! I think he should do a research for Lisbon Trams and how many accidents that trams had with kids for more than 100 years! 🤷♂️ Abraço de Lisboa Olivais Sul, cheers.
they arent. they are noisy and can break faster than a car. when I was a kid I was afraid of beeing killed by one because I saw how fast the go, but once I moved definitively to lisbon I realized it isnt a big deal
@@Duck-wc9de noisy and break faster than a car? Meanwhile in my city: cars look like a piece of junk after a tram crash while the tram is still in a kinda good condition. Can’t really agree on the noisy part too, at least from my experience. Our trams are quite and only make noises on switches and sharp curves. I mean, they come every 5-10 minutes while cars pass my building the whole time.
