The Tropicana and Mirage closures are different. The Tropicana will be completely gone while the Mirage building itself (minus the volcano) will remain but get heavily renovated and rebranded as the Hard Rock, plus the addition of the guitar hotel of course. Flamingo and Sahara aren't going anywhere in the near future. Both got renovated recently. The next ones to be either imploded or get a major renovation to the point that they're unrecognizable are Circus Circus and probably the Excalibur. Circus Circus' owner Phil Ruffin, let's just say that I'll be surprised if he makes it to 2030, so if that happens, I expect Circus Circus to be sold. And as far as the Excalibur goes, its owners/operators Vici Properties and MGM Resorts respectively haven't really done anything with the property, which could be a potential sign of them maybe getting rid of the property in the future.
