Taking an unrestored 1929 Willys-Overland Whippet 98A to a Cars and Coffee. 

My dad had one of these in the mid 60s when I was a child. This brings back memories !

If I remember correctly, the Whippet was an economy car that just couldn't be produced fast enough. Love the King kit car near the garage door.

I had a 1929 Whippet Model 96A which had a finger tip control switch. Mine was modified as the switches needed upgrading. Bosch no longer make the switch. It appears this 98A also had the starter on the Steering Wheel, not on the floor. Our 96A is still in the family in Albany Western Australia and like this one is unrestored but still going!

Looks like it was found on the bottom of a lake ,😊but its runs amazing, and not many built, and less exist now 😊.
