I just want you to know that I used to be really self-conscious about my face when I smile or when I get too tired or anything like that. I have had Bell’s palsy three times, and the last time my face never went back to “normal.” Anyhow, I’ve always thought you were so beautiful in your videos. So, when you shared in one of your videos that your smile is kinda crooked because you had Bell’s palsy when you were young, I cannot tell you how NoT alone I finally felt! In a way, it really even changed how I view myself. You never know whose life you might affect with your words. Thank you endlessly for unintentionally changing my perspective. 💕💗💞💓💘

I feel this ❤ I had bells palsy like 10 years ago and I can still notice when I'm tired the droopiness and was so self conscious of it before but I've grown accustomed to it

I did not know about Bell's Palsy, but Emma's smile is wonderful for me too because she has the same smile and expression as my grandmother, even the same calmness which was unique to her. So when I found Emma's channel I was so glad because I could remember exactly the lovely feeling of when my grandmother would tell me stories or read the poetry that she wrote. She had a beautiful and kind smile just like Emma's.

Same!! I've had chronic tension headaches since I was really little which sometimes lead to migraines. It's the worst but asmr helps so much. Something that's helped me so much is sleeping with a heat pad (sock filled with rice, put in the microwave for 1:30 minutes) on my neck every night. I hope this helps you ❤️

I started with my first high risk pregnancy and now on my second (this one is high risk too). Emma I have watched your videos for over a year now and just watched draw my life. Wow your story is so inspiring and your strength and resilience is amazing with all you have been through. Your ASMR videos bring me the greatest relaxation. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and I’ve been managing it for a long time. I since became a social worker to help others with anxiety. I work in hospice now and have recommended your videos to patients. Now with the help of your videos which calmed my anxiety to pass the boards I reached my very long time goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker so I can now provide individual therapy. Thank you for this Emma. I recently got a booster shot (#getvaccinated) and one side effect is a slight fever. It hit me hard the next morning at 103.3°F, but this has certainly helped subside a lot of the pulsing headache. 💙

I've listened to this whilst settling down to sleep... Last night I didn't make it past 10 minutes it seems! I love the nurturing vibe this gives off.. It allows me to feel at ease, and safe, and held 💜
