PLEASE NOTE: My e-book is now available exclusively on Ravelry at www.ravelry.co.... You do not have to be a member to purchase. My website (easyknittingdesign.com) is no longer active.
Could you please link us to the standalone measurement paper as you suggested on your video? Your Video gives very good understanding to the measurements.
On the ebook, I found the measurement form in reference to this on page 87 along with the other helpers.... Thank you for making such a great video. Feel like i have a workbook reference guide with video. :)
Sketch out the sweater with number of stitches, rows and shaping, and turn it upside down--where you would have decreased, you increase. Where you would bind off, you cast on. I cast on shoulder stitches for one back shoulder, work short rows and neck shaping. Then cast on the other shoulder and work it and the neck shaping, then cast on a bunch of stitches for the center back neck and join the two pieces. Work to the armhole shaping. For the front, pick up sts in back shoulder edge and work the front shoulders and neck shaping, joining at the neck. Work to the armhole shaping. Cast on underarm stitches and then join the front and back. You're now knitting in the round.
Thanks, Hanaa! I have thought of making more, but there are so many excellent knitting videos on youtube already--everything seems to have been covered.
