Too bad she has 0 credibility in Mexico. Now Anabel Hernandez portrays herself as a psychological therapist for drug lords? Really? During this interview she clearly exhibits inconsistencies, dubious and hearsay information, and a lot of narcissism, which matches with the type of journalism she does.

We as humans or even as women, need to pick our battles, we can't fight all the wars in the world, just to say: I told you so! If we think that way, we are not thinking straight! Well, if we are willing to put our children in harm's way, something is very wrong!! Selfishness is in place! And is time to revaluate and change our priorities and our strategy so we can make a safer and happier space for us and for our children. When extreme stress attacks our bodies, when we put our lives and our children's life in danger is time to ask yourself is it worth it? Is it worth causing my love ones all this horrific pain and stress? Puting my children in so much danger? Is it worth it loosing my life and leaving my children with out a mother? Is the job that i chosen, makes me a better mother, a better daughter, a better version of my self? If the answer is No is time to revaluate things and change what we need to change for the safety of our love ones! Or are we too stubborn so we put all of our family in danger just to prove we are right? It worth it walking around extremely stress out for a lack of sleep and peace of mind? Have we looked ourselves on the mirror lately? Do we like what we have become? Are we taking care of ourselves? Something to think about!!
