This is what we want to see! No rule 34, no nsfw or ships. We want animations that shows history! Since I was before in the countryhumans community and was really interested in ww2, this really realeses nostalgia. This animation is an example of how the countryhumans fandom should be!

2:54 this part where Finland is forced to turn against Germany by the USSR, I love that it was included. People always forget about it but whoever did this, MASSIVE respect to you. It's one of my favorite parts of my HC for ww2 :'). Also, the face Finland makes there, *chef's kiss*

WW2 was such a horrible, devastating, event. I have huge respect for the soldiers who fought to protect the civilians and their home country. They were so very brave. And everyone did a FANTASTIC, job at making this come to life! It really captures what happened during that time. Great job, guys!

This map was absolutely stunning! Everyone who participated done an absolute fantastic job and were super creative on their parts! I absolutely loved the palette it made me feel like it’s the ww2 era. It’s beautiful! I’m glad this MAP was completed.

Can we take a moment to remember everyone who lost their life in WW2 proudfully fighting for their country till their own deaths!! I’m so glad these wonderful animators put together this great map!!

There are so many parts to this I adore! 0:21 The silhouettes of Japan, Italy and Germany 0:24 The allies shots of them together, and them around the treaty 0:44 Japan slicing into the transition was SMOOTH asf, followed by all the nations rising with their own personalities 1:05 Poland pictured like an angel, and each country soon being crossed out 1:46 Italy slowly reconsidering 2:00 Once again, the silhouettes of them all with the white eyes are so good! 2:24 The crossed out countries going harder than they seem 2:40 Uk and likes looking at the news, then USA bursting in 2:44 The cavalry arrives in style, Axis facial expressions are on point 2:46 Italy's betrayal, and Germany's face is just PERFECT 2:53 Finland being forced against Germany by Ussr, then crossed out is cold as hell 2:57 Italy getting it's comeuppance, and being replaced was cold 3:07 The final fates of Axis. Surrender. Betrayed. And Killled.

How i wish a lot more of the fandom was like this. This is simply amazing I go back to this video every once in a while and its still as good as the last time

2:57 Wow this is the first time I see someone represent the Italian Civil War during the last years of WW2

I love the gradual transition from traditional countryballs with a human body, to full on humans with their faces the flags. Great animation it was awesome and my no 1 favorite song :D

1:20 nice to know some people recognize Canada in WW2, including the Canadian Union Jack of at the time.

i personally think that this is an incredible work: used the best song ever, a perfect mountage, many talented artists, a perfect argument and good charachters. this is what i call "the best video ever"

My deepest respect goes to the animator that drew Slovakia on the fascist side and another porch of it to the animators that added Czechia. The two are extremely underrated so I'm happy they get at least seconds of their rightfully earned spotlight

It astonishes me how entire nations can be perfectly and accurately summed up into character tropes during the biggest war the world has ever seen. Germany - grandmaster villain who has a personal bone to pick with the protagonist Italy - bumbling villain sidekick who betrays him in the end because he doesnt wanna be bad anymore Japan - that one terrifying psychotic and sadistic henchman to the villain who 1v1s the protagonist's best friend while the protagonist runs off to fight the main villain USSR - the guy who was initially an antagonist but after realising they have a common enemy the protagonist gets them on their side USA - the John Wick best friend of the protagonist who swoops in to pick up the protagonist when he's down France - the protagonist's father figure/mentor who gets killed by the main villain in the first act, prompting the protagonist to seek vengeance UK - the protagonist who would have been a bad guy if they didn't redeem themselves by beating the main villain and saving the world Switzerland - random npc gawking as the main villain shows up to kill the entire planet in the first act Spain - the guy who refuses to ally with the villain after he goes nuts The Commonwealth - the protagonist's school friends who stay loyal and fight by his side the whole time China - the brutal kill at the start to show how evil the villains are

OMG I CANT STOP REWATCHING THIS ITS SUCH A GOOD MAP!

The amount of detail and symbolism is insane. Probably the best attempt to fit all of WW2 history in under 4 minutes.

I can’t stop watching this! Amazing! All of the animators did such a great job! My favorite parts are definitely when Ame barges into the room mad because of Pearl Harbor and the end when the Axis got defeated! It’s all so detailed!

Its sad that none of these actually depict the Japanese fighting the Chinese, they never lost against or surrendered to the Axis, even though the Japanese did their own holocaust with captured Chinese, and many lives were lost. I would like to see a map that includes the Chinese as a more important force in the future, instead of it being portrayed in a similar fashion to the countries that Hitler conquered early in his reign, a weak country that required the help of the Allies to even stand.
