Wadi Naqab is another must-do hike in the UAE. This moderate beautiful hike is known for the village on top of the mountain which is called Al Sanat Village. There are 2 routes to choose from for beginners and experts. It is also a great place for off-roading and overnight camping. The best time to hike Wadi Naqab is during the winter months, December to February when the temperatures are pleasantly low. So obviously, we are a bit late in doing so but not too bad. We really just want to be out from hustle and bustle of city life. :)
It’s foggy Friday morning on 2nd April 2021. It is 1 and half hour drive from Dubai Marina to the trail starting point. Started the hike about 8am and finished about 1pm. We were soooo energy drained but all worth it. ;)
